1 Which parts to build first

Your site has seven pillars. Mark which should be ready for launch and which can come later. It is usually quicker and cheaper to launch with a few and add the rest over time.

2 Your first artisans

The two or three makers you are launching with. A line each is plenty - for example: "Gwenny - architect - the Guild & Blueprints".

3 The two private portholes

These are the private, invite-only pages for two specific people. For each, tell me who it is and what they should see when they open it - for example their own photos, a short welcome, or samples of their work already placed for them.

How should those two reach their private page?

A private link is simplest - anyone with the link can view, no password to remember. A login is more secure but more work. If unsure, choose the private link.

4 Selling at launch

Showcase-first is common and cheaper to launch - you can switch selling on once the artisans are settled.

You mentioned some makers use unusual payment methods (like the MMG app). Paying makers and customers paying you are two different things, and they are usually handled separately - it helps me to know which you meant.

7 Your materials

You said the look and feel is ready. Please paste links to anything you can share - designs, colour palette / Pantone, fonts, logo, written text, images, loop videos, and your internal wording list. A Google Drive or Dropbox link is perfect.
